About her
Not sure how to start this, so will jump right in. I have been widowed since 2016 and am happy in my own company, but I am looking for someone who wants to explore the UK and potentially places further afield.
My passion in the 19th century has been reignited by recent trips to France and Holland, and now I am keen to explore parts of the UK with links to the Industrial Revolution, e.g., Ironbridge Gorge. I’m a keen walker/rambler/hiker and am also interested in exploring places such as the Yorkshire Dales, Northumbria, the Lake District and the New Forest.
Other about me stuff:
I live in south London and still work full time during the week: 4 days from home and 1 day in the office near Blackfriars station.
About her ideal match
My ideal match would be someone who likes to travel and do a lot of walking whilst travelling, someone who is intellectually curious and who enjoys history and culture.
I eat very healthily, trying to avoid refined sugar and processed foods, and I don’t drink alcohol, so am looking for someone similar or at least someone tolerant of my dietary choices and intermittent fasting regime.
Looking for someone who wants to travel/do stuff with initially, and who is open to something developing organically if there is chemistry, etc.
