What I value the most is time with people, having fun, adventures and creating great memories.
It’s all about balance for me, no focus on a single sport & all non-competitive now . I enjoy a mix of walking, cycling (as gets you a bit further than walking) and Open Water Swimming. These take me to beautiful places with friends, but I’m looking to share with someone really special.
Recently enjoyed a perfect weekend in North Wales. Six of us joined a lake swim event in Llyn Padern, Llanberis. The water temp was a delicious 7 degrees. This was followed by a walk partway up Mount Snowdon returning as the sun was setting. The following morning we had a lovely big breakfast, then off to a local waterfall. A amazing 6 degree dip at the bottom looking out across the Caernarfon hillside. Wim Hof would have definitely have approved. Awesome!
I have done a small number of really challenging things, for me anyway, but not because I am competitive or driven to go further or faster. I've just got friends who tricked me into putting my hand up...easily done right?
The camaraderie of training for my one big run, the Paris Marathon 2018, was just amazing. That was my peak for sure.
I'm not an extrovert so you will need to take time to get to know me as a person. Interesting, bright, very loving and tactile. I have so much more to give. Definitely up for trying new things should you choose to unwrap me.

Looking for somebody who likes to talk, share activities and has a big heart. Somebody who is able be show their feelings openly, preferably with a cheeky twinkle in their eye. There is no such thing as too many hugs....just saying!!
Preferably somebody who does not have to always stay in posh hotels. Although fun, relaxed & informal suits me just fine. To this end I recently bought a swanky camper van to drive to this year's swims in Devon, Wales, the Lake district & Copenhagen. Bike rack just added, so absolutely good to go.
I have just said goodbye to Buster my big Boxer dog (12). He was a wonderful part of the family & I would certainly consider getting another dog. Perhaps with a with a break to allow me to find you & the freedom to roam further abroad?
