About her
I've been retired for 12 months and have finally worked out what all this time not attached to a laptop (slightly ironic as I sit here and type this) or on teams calls allows: walking my dogs when it isn't raining or dark, gardening in the sunshine, going to the gym when other people are at work..... the list is longer but you get the gist. It's a real revelation not living life in constant fifth gear.
I'm grateful to have reached 61 and still be fit, healthy and curious. although having 2 relatively young dogs makes the first 2 a must. I love my garden and growing some of my own food (with varying degrees of success), although I think the slugs eat at least an equal share of my veg.
This could turn into a novel, or at least a short story, so probably better to meet up and find out more about each other, isn't that half the fun?

Someone who shares in a few of my life's pleasures would be great. I'm not a bookworm, so someone who is active and enjoys being outside would be a better fit I think, although you never know, is it true that opposites attract?!
