Well here goes!
Trying to be concise but struggling!
Always too much to say.
Single guy rising like a Phoenix after split of a long term relationship.
Genuinely unattatched and my cupboard holds not a single skeleton of any significance.
Non smoker,financially secure,fit and healthy.Young look and outlook.Can be emotionally secure when I try!
Humanist and quietly spiritual,loves nature and outside activities.
Lover of the Arts and wide range of music,my tuned in station usually Classic FM.
Favourite hobby? Daydreaming.
But on the other hand:
Streetwise and nobodys fool.
Stubborn or principled? Take your pick.
Outspoken to the extent I can quite easily get myself into trouble without even trying.
Been like that since nursery school.
Ex naval officer,insubordinate and turned pacifist so I left before they threw me out with the bilge water.
Much better suited to the drama of a court room where I have practised as a trial lawyer for the last 30 years.
Think I've learnt to read people well and hate bullies and bigots with a passion.
Have experienced extraordinary courage in people and sometimes close to pure evil.Teaches humility no end.
I'm thankful for my existence in the universe.
Now recently retired ,hanging up my wig and gown and entering unchartered territory.Bohemia here I come at last.
Up to now my life has been very colourful and generally good even if Ive taken a few knocks and a bashing or two on the way.
Looking around me I think Ive been blessed with happiness and have experienced much kindness from others.I want more of the good things.Perhaps it's time for me to payback in some fashion.
Now living alone apart from Romulus and Remus my rescue goldfish.They dont require walking but hardly ever pay attention.
None of us are tied geographically to any place/ tank but we would have to come as a threesome.

Bit of a novice at this game,although its not really a game is it?Life is precious.
The internet has opened up a myriad of opportunity methinks.
So Im ready to don my armour,not to be gallant necessarily but more for protection from the inevitable fakes and Philistines.
BUT,There are diamonds somewhere in the dust and I only want to find one gem to cherish....less is always more.
Been trying all my life to understand the mysteries of the female brain and the spells that they can weave over us stupid men.Havent got very far as yet.
Words may paint a picture but there is nothing to compare with sitting across a table from a lady,a little teasing and flirting and throwing chemistry darts at one another to feel what hits the target.
