I am very sociable and enjoy stimulating company. Basically an optimist who enjoys the small things in life. Ambitious to realise the creative side of myself. I am fit and active. I go swimming, enjoy walking, foreign travel, love classical music, a film buff, enjoying reading novels and poetry, drinking coffee and chatting, interested in politics and what makes people tick. Generous, affable and have a strong sense of humour. I am an ex-librarian now a published writer, poet and critic online for film reviews and books. It would be great to share a Proms concert or film at the BFI Southbank. Equally taking the train out to the Chilterns for a good walk. Not interested in watching sport but enjoy my thrice a week swimming. I keep in touch with my family. And enjoy being both on my own (writing) and socialising. We were romantically involved some years ago but have remained very good friends- in fact I was around at his yesterday evening where we enjoyed a delicious meal followed by a lovely black and white James Stewart film on his big projector screen. What could be better? I recommend him highly.
