Hi there, I'm Ken
I spent most of my career in Nurse Education, I'm now happily pursuing a variety of my personal long term ambitions.
I love the outdoors ,walking, national trust, eating out, boating, fishing (mainly for the table!
I enjoy some ballroom dancing and Ceroc should the occasion arise, and will do, some "Dad dancing" from time to time😄
I like a broad range of music both old and modern especially dance music. I enjoy some classical music.
. I enjoy DIY and pottering , mending stuff and art , painting /crafty stuff. my motto in life is often the same as with my art , life or fishing....it's the voyage that counts rather than the destination!
Speaking of destinations I'm lucky to be fairly well travelled, and open to suggestions as to where next ?
I think I'm mostly a glass half full sort of person . I don't get bored, I get busy!
I enjoy tv but as specific films to watch rather than sitting all evening watching anything that comes along. I do enjoy board games from time to time..rummicub, upwords, carcassonne . at the moment I'm looking for good company, someone to share a meal out, a walk round a national trust, or an evening in with, have some fun, and hopefully put a little bit of romance back in my life !
