I’m quietly confident, comfortable in my own skin and able to instil confidence.
I'm impulsive, active and love my life. ( A bit like ‘Tigger’ )
So, don’t be surprised if we end up exploring new places at the drop of a hat, or weekend trips on impulse and, I suppose like most people, I enjoy eating out, Cinema or even mooching about markets.
I swim 3.000m a week, listen to kids read at the primary school and volunteer at the National Trust I also present a couple of radio shows. ( I also have a secret talent which I’ll tell you about when we meet)
I enjoy cycling around the local lanes, although I prefer to call it "exploring" rather than "pottering". (I've never knowingly worn ‘Lycra’ ) I’m quite likely to chuck the bike in the back of the car and cycle along the coastline. (If it’s flat, I don’t do hills)
Over the past four or five years, I’ve lost nearly eight stone in weight so I guess you could call me pretty positive and determined.
This years goal is to explore the south of France, which will be interesting because I don’t speak a word of French…..yet, but I will.
The thing is, I miss not having someone around, the knowing look, the meaningful glance. Who wouldn’t want to be put on a pedestal?
