It's tough to write something about yourself that doesn't sound like a sales pitch but...
I’m happily enjoying a whole new burst of life having gone back to Uni a couple of years ago and graduated with a Master's in Entrepreneurship last year.
I've started a brand new business off the back of it aimed at helping people in midlife live longer, happier, healthier lives.
This year I'm focused on getting my body into a shape that isn't round and rewinding my biological clock.
I'm a very proud dad to 5 fabulous daughters and live in Cornwall but only just inside the border.
I love eating out and cooking in similar measure, starting to appreciate wine over beer, and enjoy walking, swimming, live music, festivals, reading and keeping a blog.
I'm happy in my own skin but love the company of others, friends say I'm funny, kind, and always have something to say about everything but equally happy to sit, listen and learn.
They say you're only as old as you feel and right now I feel like I'm half my age and more excited for the future than I ever was.
