If you still have a sense of wonder for the natural world, have a zest for life, enjoy simple pleasures and still like to learn new things then we may have things in common!
Spending time with family and friends is important to me and staying up late playing silly board games is my idea of a good evening's entertainment, especially after a nice home-cooked meal and bottle of wine. On the other side of the coin, if you wanted to whisk me off to the opera in your Bentley I wouldn't say no! I enjoy cultural activities such as art galleries and concerts, as well as a twirl on the dance floor. I like to dress up for a special occasion.
Finally, I think that a nice walk followed by a pub lunch is a lovely way to pass some time at the weekend.

About her ideal match
My ideal match would be someone who is active and has a positive outlook on life. A good sense of humour, happy to take the initiative and suggest places to go, things to see, and be an interesting person to be around. I'm not ready to grow old yet. In fact I have spent so many years looking after family I want to make up for lost time!
I am looking for someone at a similar life stage to me - their children are adults and maybe grandchildren are now on the scene. They are single, not still sorting out their divorce or very recently widowed. Honesty and integrity are really important to me as a deal breaker for me is dishonesty.
My ideal partner would be someone who is physically able and available to enjoy an active lifestyle, e.g. go on walks and visit places of interest. I want to be able to embrace my partner's interests, get to know their friends and family if things work out over time, and accept their imperfections and I would hope they would do the same for me.
