About him
Last year I took a break from restoring the house to Victorian glory, to re-shape a small garden, install a greenhouse and try my hand at gardening, with mixed results. Lots of some fruit and veg and failure with others. But the beans did well :o) In March 2024 I "planted" some mistletoe. The whole thing is hit and miss as I don't have apple trees, just cherry and damson, but I wanted to try. Not that I have anybody to kiss. :o(
I enjoy reading but am better at acquiring books than reading them. When I build my library they'll all be on display and although the poetry shelf might be small, I know what I like. A project "shelved" is Family History which I hope to get back to.
I always wanted to learn to dance. Is it too late? It goes alongside my dream of learning to play piano. One lifetime is not enough. I have no end of dreams but ideally I'm looking for a wise woman to be friends with, chat with, compare notes, accompany to events and share dreams.
I'm Gemini and for decades described myself as trainee vegetarian (some fish but little meat).
In old money I'm 6 foot tall and weigh 12 stone. I try to keep fit although my gym closed last September because of RAAC. In warm weather I go for a swim in the sea, just me, a few young seagulls and two old crows. Whole beach to ourselves. I should go more often. It's 5 minutes walk. I've been on five London marches in last several months which is a different exercise. Someone with similar concerns would be very welcome. And when the weather's bad, a good woman to chase me round the house would be nice :o)
I have lots of interests that we may or may not share but they're not so important. It's more important that we click. Whatever I have to offer, you'll know better than I and my unbiased opinion is that this a huge bargain for a lucky woman. :o)
The photos were taken June 2023 and more recently. Regrettably photos that I thought were much better were deemed to too dark etc. Ho Hum.
