I am friendly, active, enthusiastic, enjoy sailing and music. Live heathily and run to keep fit. I love the sea and fresh air. I like kindness and gentleness. I can chat away about a range of subjects from dinosaurs (which apparently had feathers, who knew) to cave art to the state of the nation today (best not to dwell too much on the latter), but my main passion is music and creativity. I try and be considerate and I appreciate a fairly quiet life these days although happily visit busier places and enjoy the buzz.
