About him
Most days I wake up pretty pleased that the outdoors, history, all things Asian, London, walking, gardening, Norway, mindfulness, R4, travel and Bob Harris type music are all still there to be enjoyed. But there's still much to be discovered, with innumerable museums, galleries, foreign hide outs, restaurants, quaint pubs and gardens all waiting to be enjoyed.
I'm easy to get on with and partial to good conversation, lasting friendships, fat Sunday papers, fun and humour, real ale/real coffee and ignoring convention when needsbe. I can be passionate about both people and 'things', I'm loyal and I exercise. My adventurous side has led me around the world, a recent trip to Tibet was a truly wonderful and privileged experience, and I once lived abroad. But I also like to relax at home, enjoying the simpler things of life too.
The last time someone sat me down and asked me to write about myself it cost me two weeks pocket money and a week of detention... so I'd best stop there. If you think we might get along, do send a message, I'd be really happy to hear from you and I reply to all. Who knows what it may lead to...
