I'm a bright and kind person who is fun to spend time with - or so I am told.
I moved out of London two years ago and I love my new home. That said 'you can take a girl out of London but can't take London out of the girl' so I am back in the city frequently.
When I'm not braving the M4 I've been restoring an old house, exploring my new location and continuing some consulting (mainly pro bono now) as well as being a trustee for a couple of charities. I'm an avid reader (I read almost any newspaper put in front of me!) and love theatre, galleries, concerts and walking both in the city and the country.
I retired a few years ago from a very busy job which involved a lot of travel especially to the US. Now I'm enjoying having more leisure time with friends and family, but I miss the warmth and connection of a partner.

I'd like to meet someone who is bright, energetic and interested in life and has the time to spend forging a new friendship.
It would be good to have some interests in common, but friendships and deeper relationships are often more about values than particular activities, so I'm happy to join in new things -though I'm unlikely to accompany you on a sky-dive! A deal breaker for me would be dishonesty. Oh! And I really don't like spiders - so no arachnophiles please.
