I’m an easy going, happy natured, friendly person with an optimistic outlook and an inquiring mind. Aside from my son and my family, the thing I love most in the world is music - all kinds and eras of music, closely followed by the natural world….both are majestic and life affirming. I enjoy keeping fit (yoga, swimming, dance, walking in the beautiful countryside outside my door), reading either a good novel or some factual books on world affaires. I have a good sense of humour and the absurd and, according to my son, I can be quite hilarious at times! I think in a good way?! Well, I certainly enjoy laughing…. even at my own corny jokes! So if you’re a bit witty then we should get along well.
I’ve had an unusual upbringing, so feel pretty comfortable wherever and I love travelling off track and unplanned.
What else… ah! I like fluffy animals and so have a cute little cat and two tortoises who are not fluffy, or even friendly, but as stinky and annoying as they are, I’ve ended up being the person who feeds them every day and ensures they survive hibernation, so I guess I have to admit to liking them too!
