About him
I like to think of myself as a pretty rounded guy … I like physical activity and keeping fit (in the interests of transparency, I am a keen cyclist!) and being outside in general … also reasonably cerebral - I enjoy reading, and theatre and ballet (although I don’t pretend to be experts in either of these). I love food … pretty much enjoy any form and type of cooking, and try my hardest to do a new recipe each week. I’m also the ‘father’ to two ginger toms.
I think I’m pretty relaxed, probably a bit unassuming, but do have a dry sense of humour. From this you might expect me not to have a lot of time for people who obsess about themselves, and definitely prefer ‘givers’ rather than ‘takers’.

I respect people who have opinions on topics but considerate and interested in other’s views. I like people who are comfortable in their own skin and who have enough going on in their lives to be perfectly able to exist by themselves but want a long term relationship because it’s the ‘icing on the cake’ - possibly because that sort of feels where I am.
