I'm a reasonably active person who enjoys the theatre and cinema. I like food but am not a good cook, enjoy travel and am not a beach bum, preferring sightseeing.
My children and dog are important to me and am loyal to my friends.
I"m an avid reader, mainly of fiction, never "chick lit".
I believe quite strongly in trying to protect our environment for future generations and have quite strong opinions when it comes to equality and diversity.
Having said all this I believe life is for living and should be fun, we only get one life and should enjoy it.

I'd like to meet someone who's well educated, but not pompous and certainly not conservative ( neither with a C nor a c) in his outlook. Someone who enjoys life and tries to live it to the full, someone who enjoys the theatre and cinema, who likes eating out and/or cooking and cares about the environment.I walk daily and like walking with my friends and my dog, but I'm not someone who goes on walks of more than a few miles at a time as my knees won't take it anymore!
He must have had children, as mine are very important to me, must be at least as tall as me and shouldn't be a smoker.
