I enjoy travelling and have worked in many countries over the years, though I'm only interested in travelling for pleasure these days. Package holidays don't appeal to me, I prefer to get off the beaten track and explore.. I can be off at the drop of a hat…
Up until last year (2023) I owned a property in Andalusia, which I have recently sold, though I still love Spain there are so many other places to explore...
Previous interests have included flying, sailing and diving, among many others. I started motorcycling at the grand old age of 64 and it's a new passion, I love it.
I enjoy learning new skills and a challenge but I'm no single tracked adrenaline junkie and hope I can hold an intelligent conversation about most things as I appreciate nature, love walking, hiking, art, music, cooking, gardening and architecture.
