I enjoy travelling and have worked in many countries over the years, though I'm only interested in travelling for pleasure these days. Package holidays don't appeal to me, I prefer to get off the beaten track and explore.. I can be off at the drop of a hat…
I owned a property in Andalusia for over twenty years, which I have recently sold, though I still love Spain, there are so many other places to explore...
Previous interests have included flying, sailing and diving, among many others. Motorcycling is my current passion. I love it, and have been riding in many parts of Europe along with India and Morocco recently.
I enjoy learning new skills and a challenge but I'm no single tracked adrenaline junkie and hope I can hold an intelligent conversation about most things as I appreciate nature, love walking, animals, hiking, art, music, cooking, gardening and architecture.
I'm looking for someone who might share some of my values, principles and interests along with my humour...
I still work full time at the moment, though I would happily change course for a retirement less ordinary in a different place with the right partner. I could also be content living a simple life here in the UK. Who knows where the twists and turns life's long, winding road might lead...
