I can be interesting at times, apparently. I know quite a lot about the things that I am interested in, which is mostly art. There are lots of things that I know very little about, but which I would like to know about. I ask a lot of questions, I'm interested in people. I have quite a keen understanding of my own flaws. I like to laugh, and my sense of humour fairly regularly gets me in trouble.

My ideal match would be someone unusual, preferably with a passion for something that they are actively engaged in or with. I would like to meet someone who is straight talking without being abrupt. Someone who understands the way in which life becomes increasingly complex and layered with age, and who is able to accommodate and even value the associated twists and turns. I would like to meet someone who is thoughtful, loves to laugh, and is not a tory.
