You're thinking if only I could meet someone that’s reliable, genuine, honest and thoughtful? Well I might just be who you’ve been looking for. Yes there has to be some physical attraction between us but the biggest attraction is personality and if yours clicks with mine then a world of laughter and shared enjoyment awaits us. I love to find the humour in appropriate situations and can sometimes be found laughing to myself because I’ve thought of something that has raised a giggle
I love 80s music, travel (I've been lucky to visit many countries at other peoples expense when I was working for a living) as well as good food and good company. I’m fortunate to have now retired but the work I used to do was visiting Chief Engineers, University Professors and Designers to demonstrate a state of the art displacement measurement system that could tell you if something had moved by a distance many times smaller than the diameter of a human hair. All very high tech with users including Formula 1 racing teams.
I’ve recently joined a gym and now go 3 or 4 times a week which combined with a healthier diet means I’ve managed some reasonable weight loss and circumference reduction! I’ve also invested in an e-bike (but you have to pedal to get the assistance!) which I regularly use
I'm looking for a partner to share travel experiences with, have a morning coffee, visit the local pub, share a country walk (when it's not raining), evenings in with a nice meal and a good film. I guarantee I'll reply to you if you send me a message!

Ideal Match:
My ideal match would be someone with an outgoing personality who enjoys a good discussion but at the same time can see the ridiculous side of life with a sense of humour. Shared laughter is just great. Relationships are all about being adaptable so if you are a very tidy person then I’ll up my game (not that I’m that untidy!) If you are vegetarian then no problem, if you are a social drinker perfect but unfortunately we would have a problem if you smoke…..but perhaps I can help you to stop – then we don’t have a problem!
I won’t ask you to go camping or caravanning as Hotels and B&B’s are much more comfortable and I won’t expect you to be chief cook and bottle washer as that’s just old fashioned!
I’d love to be able to meet up for a coffee, go to a country pub in the evening, enjoy a restaurant meal, take a short break in the UK or Europe. I often think of doing these things but it’s a bit boring by yourself!
