I am kind and empathetic,
Recently I watched a programme about Chris Hemswoth finding out that the best way to reduce the risk of dementia is by being in nature. I want this too. I want to find a waterfall and walk to it with someone- many waterfalls 😁
I also love swimming in the sea, yoga and reading a good book. Spending time with my grandchildren, children and friends is imporant to me. I enjoy a nice dinner and glass of wine. I love a good natter and finding out about people are interested in.
