Ideally, we will have a number of shared interests/hobbies that we can do together. I play squash/racquetball, shoot skeet, and do a lot of walking with my dog. I feel it is important we have shared hobbies so we can do things together on a regular basis.
I tend be optimistic, and really do my best to make the best of ANY situation - the worst situation doesn't have to be miserable... I like to smile, to laugh, to be active, keeping fit and healthy, I eat more and more vegan as it is more healthy but still eat meat on a weekly basis. I play squash or racquetball twice a week, shoot skeet on weekends, walk my dog, a bit of an amateur mechanic and cook most all my meals (well I don't have someone to go out with so happy to change that)....
I don't tend to spend a lot of time watching TV (maybe a couple movies over the weekends) - ordinary life tends to fill my day - on weekends I usually go shooting skeet for an hour, might go for a long walk with the dog, to the gym or for a long walk (depending on the weather), cooking dinner, gardening, just ordinary life stuff..........
