I have 2 grown up girls who live with me but are doing their own thing now.

I think I have become more picky as I’ve got older and learned that life is too short to waste time with anyone who makes you unhappy or isn’t right for you! Ultimately for me I’d like to meet my best friend, above all else a person who makes my life more full and compliments me. Someone honest and loyal and fun to be with. Someone who understands the concept of sharing and give and take, who values my opinions and will listen as well as talk! Interesting and educated who can hold a conversation about anything and everything! Hopefully with lots in common and shared interests too! We aren’t getting any younger (though in my head sometimes I’m still 25) and companionship and friendship to me for the next chapter is much more important than all the other stuff that comes with a relationship!
