Glass half full person, enjoy long walks, cooking, travelling. Comfortable in the country or city but prefer living in the country and visiting cities. A lot of my friends are in London so I am often to and fro. I love travelling (and trying the local food (and where possible the wine). My friends say I’m intelligent, caring and always go the extra mile whatever I’m doing. I turned 60 earlier in the year and it struck me as time to truly take on board the meaning of Carpe diem. I am very happy being single but if I thought I could share any of it with new friends or a new “best” friend I would be a very happy lady.
