My friends describe me as placid and kind. I am a quiet laid back person I accept anyone and love to get to know people and need to make new friends in life. I love cooking but find it tiring sometimes. I will chat until i feel comfortable like most people until silence is not embarrassing. I am retired in nursing also teaching most recently. I have a small online business which i am starting up in proof reading and editing (qualified), I love walking in the countryside or by the sea. I love mountains and waterfalls and nothing better to me than being by a quiet riverside with the sound of water in the background. I am not good in the hot summer months and prefer Spring and Autumn. I enjoy a good sense of humour and I am a good listener and always try to help. I recently started to attend a small baptist church locally and grew up going to a baptist Church with my mother. I love animals and support as many animal charities worldwide as i am able. I once played several instruments, piano, guitar, recorder, double bass. Would love to sing in choirs again as i did when younger and play in string quartets.
