I am young-at-heart, easy-going and looking for someone to share in new adventures! People tell me I am a good listener, approachable, understanding and trustworthy. I firmly believe that life is for living and making the most of every day, in other words, life really is too short!
I like so many things – history, theatre, cinema, astronomy (anything science and nature really), eating good food (especially at nice restaurants), walking (especially the coast), driving, travelling in UK and abroad – I went to Portugal (Algarve) recently and loved it, although it would have been good to share the food, weather, culture and boat trips with someone.
I have officially retired, however I am a volunteer driver (large van!) delivering food to families in need – keeps me busy, exercise is good too, who needs a gym…..?
I like to take a pride in my appearance and keep myself active.
All-in-all, I would like to meet someone who shares my interests, likes to explore different places and to share happy times – initially friendship and see where it leads.

I am looking for someone who shares the same outlook on life and who wants to explore different places in the world. My ideal partner would be outgoing, fun-loving and have a good sense of humour, but also have a serious side when necessary. They would take a pride in their appearance and be physically active, not necessarily in the gym. They would like the outdoors, especially in the sun and would enjoy spending time walking in the countryside, especially the coast. I have never smoked, so would prefer my ideal partner to be a non-smoker.
