I'm a bit quirky, fun (I hope!), open to new experiences, have no ties and like having a laugh and just enjoying the simples pleasures in life. I like nature and wildlife, walking and cycling. I often have my head stuck in a book on an evening as I like to escape the modern day world that way. I like being active and being outside when weather permits.
I have a fairly relaxed view on life. I have no interest in social media, though I do keep up with current affairs, but not overly politically minded.
I really enjoy live music and going to gigs, small venues are preferable though I will be known to attend an arena for the right band. I like different genres of music, my favourite being classic rock, also enjoy a bit of punk/ska, disco, classical.
On weekends, I like it mix it up a bit rather than doing the same thing all the time. So you'd find me hiking, cycling, or at the gym during the day and maybe a couple of beers and some live music in the evening. I do like the cinema & theatre and eating out occasionally. I support a football team and try and get to a match every month or so. What better a way to vent life's frustrations on than the long suffering referee or linesman! I'm open to trying new things - stand up paddle boarding and a tough mudder are next on my agenda.
I volunteer for a couple of different charities every now and then. I work full time also so I'm quite busy most of the time but don't worry, I'll fit you in 🙂.
