About her
Successful and established self-employed professional working in the financial services industry. Originally from Scandinavia, but never really lived there, spent my first 26 years in a variety of countries, I have been in London since '96. Divorced with a 15 yr old half of the time with me, the older one is off to the university. I enjoy going to museums, travelling, cooking, spending time outdoors and reading, I am also interested in architecture, art, history, stately homes, politics and current affairs. I like to learn, gain knowledge and be challenged, I appreciate simplicity, randomness, unexpected, unusual and thought provoking. I lead an active lifestyle, I am ambitious and still keen on having goals needing to be achieved. I dislike shopping, “celebrities”, bad spelling, lack of manners, crowds and superficiality, I don’t do instagram or other social media focussed on self-promotion. I also have a dog (Jack Russell) who is a non-negotiable side-kick.

I am hoping for a connection with more substance and a real potential to turn into something meaningful and long-term, not interested in casual or "fun" arrangements. I am based in Central London, therefore you should be fairly local, I don't believe in long-distance relationships (based on previous experience). It would be great if you share at least some of my interests but very happy to learn new things as well. Having a giggle, sense of humour and not taking oneself too seriously are important as are communication skills, openness and honesty. Please do not take drugs or smoke, but I am absolutely up for enjoying a drink or two.
