Wellbeing is extremely important. Keeping fit is part of daily life, the Gym however isn't an obsession but 'a good idea'. Love walking & the outdoors, E-biking.

THIS sounds AWFUL .. like a check list!
Anyway, I think it's better to meet early on (rather than engaging in a lot of emails/messages. I'm not a big fan of letting things drag on). Once we are in the same space & time, we will know if we want to get to know one another better.
Ideally, we start dating, which is much underestimated...
I don't like 'jumping into a relationship'.
For the right person, I'm more than happy to travel (no work ties, animals) and even re-locate, so maybe it's important from the start you are able and willing to do the same. That is to travel, at least to some extent.
I can be quiet/ shy and nervous if i like someone at first.
I don't take myself too seriously now though, and have lost my sense of 'ridicule'.

You can't feign affection, thankfully, well I can't. You just 'know' when you've met the right one.

It's healthy to do lots together but also to have other 'outside' interests, in a transparent manner.
Trust is a must and it is earned day to day. It can so easily be wiped out in one fail swoop. I'm sure many of us have experienced that!

Relationships are to be cherished, need daily attention but should never be hard work. I believe learning from them is why we're here, they are often not easy, but always worthwhile.
