With a wide range of interests including travel, history, country-life/antiques/vintage fairs, I’m enjoying retirement after a career in social care and inspecting child safeguarding in Heath services. Recently, I took up painting and I’m really loving developing the creative side of my nature now that an arthritic knee means no more belly dancing! I can see the funny side of most situations, am generally optimistic and am lucky to have many great friends. I miss the close connection and emotional intimacy of a personal relationship however, and would love to find a companion with whom to enjoy life’s adventure.

I’d love to meet someone who has a good sense of humour and who shares some of my interests, particularly in art, history, antique fairs and travelling.
