I'm a former Airfield Operations Manager, sword fencing coach and ½ marathon runner, but had to stop due to illness. (CFS/ME)
Still regularly go to watch football matches and have taken up painting as a hobby. I enjoy pub quizzes (I know a little about a lot of things, and a lot about very few) watching films from all eras, from b&w to modern blockbusters, and everything between. (except gory horrors)
I enjoy nights our at a quiet pub where I can chat with good friends, but just as happy with a night in with a good film and a Horlicks.

I'm hoping to meet an independent person who is comfortable in her own skin. Someone to chat to, laugh with and moan about life in general. I'm hoping to find a good, long term friendship rather than a soul mate or someone to spend the whole of my life with, but if there is a spark... who knows?
