About him
I am a generally healthy and happy man who has had a number of different roles, working largely for charities, and who was also a single parent for many years. I have traveled widely and enjoy exploring other cultures, walking holidays, roses and working with my hands. I have been a Quaker for many years and am now learning to enjoy my life more deeply through Buddhist teachings . I enjoy working voluntarily as a chaplain in a prison and with a mental health trust and have two lovely sons - an artist/musician and a film making entrepreneur. I generally enjoy animals and music and films and would love a close relationship.

I would enjoy a relationship with a settled/grounded woman who enjoys trying to live life fully and is happy in themselves, someone who has a wide experience of life and who is open to finding out more.
