On the surface I'm a bit nuts and a free spirited rock chick. I am happy spending my time pottering around with my cat by my side watching questionable quality TV and listening to Nickelback and Jazz but probably not as much as I'd like to. I'm intelligent and driven and have the best of intentions in life but sometimes find things get in the way. I think of myself as a rebel and super independent but really I just want people to love me. I'm caring but shy. I pretend I don't but I yearn for social interaction and companionship but the thought of putting myself out there and opening up scares me because I've been hurt and disappointed so many times in the past, so I tell myself that I'm happy with my lot. I live for my family and that is what keeps me happy but it's not quite enough because it's living for others and not for myself. I want to believe that I deserve a fresh start and a new life but sometimes it's hard because for a long time I have lived in the shadow of others or feel like I'm not good enough. I'm silly and funny and would be a loyal and attentive friend. I have a hell of a lot of love to give and I've been waiting a long time to find the right person to give it to.
