I Work full time mostly from home.Thinking about retirement but not made a decision just yet although I’d love to have the time to travel and see new places and also find new activities and make new friends.
I am divorced and have 3 grown up sons ( not
Living with me).
I try to keep fit and healthy but I don’t ‘work out’ as such although I play Badminton regularly and tennis when weather fine.
In terms of my personal traits I am imaginative and artistic, on the other hand I can be very down to earth and practical and even organised!and can make people laugh. I tell bad Dad jokes sometimes ( not just to my children! But I try to keep this in check). I am very self-aware and also of those around me. I like to hear others stories and share my own too. I like F1 to an extent and follow Arsenal . I’m a graduate but also studied at post grad level to specialise in housing (a long long time ago)
I play guitar and sing and have my own band and play gigs quite often. I’m capable at DIY but generally prefer to pay others to do the bigger jobs. I enjoy gardening ( but not in winter!)
I grew up in the city of London but love the country and the seaside too (and of course holidays in the sun) walks eg up/down Box Hill or through open fields , don’t mind, love beautiful scenery. Love animals esp cats and some dogs.
I like to do the usual things to socialise - eating out, pub, cinema, theatre, gigs! Open to suggestions! I like reading world news; some novels; non-fiction like history; philosophy; astronomy; I have a hobby collecting vintage guitars and making repairs to ( non vintage) guitars which I've been playing most of my life. I play lead guitar and sing lead vocals on my own band.
My photos are all within the last year or so but the ones in my garden where I have beard growth (optional Extra!) we're taken only this week - early June 24.
