I’m a positive, thoughtful gentleman with a cheeky sense of humour. I am fit and optimistic, the glass is always half full.
I am looking for someone to do things with. Not that we’ll spend all our time together. You probably have a busy life as do I.
I run a film club at our local arts centre. I do voluntary work in the community and work with the local food bank. I love music and play in a big band (no, I’m not an ageing rocker, more a sedate saxophonist). I enjoy making up quizzes and enjoy games like Wordle and Scrabble, and I run a fortnightly Gin Rummy group. I enjoy walking and cycling, and work out in my home gym three times a week.

I am attracted to intelligent, kind, creative women who always have time for a long walk on a beach or on the Downs. You don’t take yourself too seriously, and enjoy a cocktail of some banter mixed with interesting conversation.
We have had many responsibilities in our lives. Now it is time for us.
So what shall we do today? Maybe go to a show – theatre, ballet, film. Or dine out at a cosy Italian. Or go to a concert – my tastes are wide from Fleetwood Mac to ELO to Tchaikovsky. Or just have an evening in playing Upwords or watching Strictly. Maybe in daytime we will go for a walk by the sea or on the Downs. Or go to an exhibition in London, or locally. Or plan our next holiday, maybe to a European city (which is your favourite?) or South America.
