A fairly well kept example of a semi-detatched 1968 model in good internal shape and fair external repair (may suit a doer-upper). And that's where the comparison ends else I shall drift off into describing storm porches and the state of my guttering.
I am a mother of two (15 and 17) whose care is shared amicably with their father from whom I separated 9 years ago when I came out - never too late eh?. I am looking to meet someone for a relationship but not to co-parent. I need someone for me to spend time with when I am not being a mother. I am very happy to meet others with children who can explain to me what the hell a fronted adverbial is when it's at home.

* Indie music (particular the guitar bands of the late 80's/90's);
* Androgynous-looking women, a previous partner was trans masculine non-binary and I am very happy to meet AFAB individuals with a gender queer identity;

* I love comedy clubs but not keen on the theatre (bit of a Philistine in the arts to be honest)
