I am the captain of a superyacht! Sounds very grand but it is true. I have my own cabin and am the master of all I survey but have no one with whom I can share my life.
An aquatic lifestyle allows me the time and energy to devote to some of the finer things in life. My musical tastes are eclectic, to say the least - from Abba to Wagner, grand opera to grand ole opry, Mahler to Marley.
I used to write computer programs to help disabled children's cognitive development - now I write short stories for pleasure. That was then and this is now.
Any season can be a lonely time and cooking for one becomes a chore. Even dining by candlelight loses its appeal when the other side of the table is an empty chair. I can't offer you a blazing log fire, but if you can shake a Martini, I promise to keep the flame alight.
