I try and make the most of every day and stay curious and open to new experiences. I am thoughtful, sensitive, spontaneous and playful and love to enjoy high end treats as well as everyday down to earth pleasures. I don’t take myself or life too seriously and love to make new connections.
Music and the arts are my passion, plus exploring the outdoors, keeping fit, and travelling.
I retired from full time work in 2020 after the death of my wife. I am now returning to do some occasional consultancy and coaching and I am also completing my studies to become a counsellor and psychotherapist.
