Try to keep fit, but not a fanatic. Dislike loud, boastful people. People who need to "step " on others " to enable " themselves to feel better.
Music.....dislike metal, regga. Like international music, English, Chinese-Mandarin, Norwegian, Spanish, Italian, Arabic music.
Hobbies, reading, usually non-fiction, learn languages. I am tri-lingual. Mandarin, English, Norwegian, would like to learn Spanish, Italian, French.
gardening, learning new things, new projects where I have to be contructive in my thinking.
Try to go for walks, out in nature(which I don't do enough/little of). Interested in psychology, discussions.
For relaxation, I sometimes take off to some garden centre, have my lunch at their cafe and admire/ walk among the flowering plants.
Watch historical drama movies on Youtube, do research on these characters ..all very interesting, more so when you visit these places
Outlook in life.....many have lost the ability of " living the here and now"..... = mind overworked, always thinking about " what next ".
Try to stay positive + with our "little acts of kindness", so that this creates positive ripples....to bring about " positive energies ". Do your best....and take it from there
