About him
I retired from work (not life) in early 2020 but Covid prevented me having the perfect start to my retirement. Travel plans were halted in 2020 and 2021 but have re-stated. I have become a tourist in London and love it; meeting up with friends for walks, theatre, exhibitions, art galleries, meals (in and out), events and so much more.
I am well-educated, well-spoken, pretty laid-back, a good listener.
A long term relationship ended at the time I retired but that's well in the past. I moved into an area of London I don't know well - I'm enjoying discovering new places to visit.
I love running along the river, playing racquet sports and I am a regular gym-goer.
I tend towards glass half-full. I want my diary to consist of interesting things to look forward to, including friends to spend time with.

A long-term partner with similar interests would certainly enrich my life - and I hope I would enrich theirs, too. Someone to spending quality time with - a like-minded friend who could become much more.
Ideally, they are about the same age as me with some overlap in hobbies and interests. Being able and willing to travel with me in and out of the UK on visits, breaks and holidays would be great, too.
