Friends describe me as quirky, individual, sweet and kind. I hold, I believe, timeless values, (old-fashioned some would say - but, hopefully, never boring). I always enjoy the sound of music, but also quiet moments too...especially around nature. I sing in a duo and small groups. I love quality in all things, so enjoy wearing nice clothes, (though don't believe they 'make' the woman). Cleanliness is important - but not O.T.T. I love travel and a change of scene - home or away.....especially quaint villages and pubs, the beauty of the countryside or a quiet beach. (Not a good sailor though). I definitely prefer to shop in Charity Shops or the odd Car Boot/Antique Shop any day. I enjoy eating healty and simply with good quality food. (I am not an accomplished cook but happy to watch and learn with someone who is). I like TV shows like Repair Shop, Bake-Off, Master Chef, Bargain Hunt, Money for Nothing...and yes...Strictly. (I used to dance Ceroc - so a new dance partner would be fun). I love to laugh and hear laughter and enjoy being around people with a sense of humour - this is very important to me.
Outlook: "Do unto others as you would wish done to yourself".......being kind and true to myself....respecting all others in their differences...(always seeking the serenity to accept the things I can't change, the strength to change things I feel are wrong....and the wisdom to know the difference). Above all....the greatest thing I believe I can own is - Peace of Mind.

I have no idea really, as I haven't met you yet. Maybe someone I can see myself in - good qualities like kindness, humour, a love of music, gentleness, a passion for life but most of all - respecting each other.
