About him
A number of the traits that I find appealing in others reflect my own characteristics such as intelligence, a rich sense of humour, humility, reliability, loyalty, kindness, a sense of adventure and a broad interest in life and people. I’m told that I’m easy to talk to.
I maintain fitness and body weight by cycling, running, rambling, maintaining a large garden and a healthy diet.
I enjoy watching quality films ,art cinema, documentaries etc and read regularly.
Fun things to do - conversation and laughter over drinks in a pub or home, car journeys, city breaks, fresh adventures, meeting new people, playing with grandchildren.
Dislikes - not many - deceit, saying goodbye, loneliness, the usual things.
The future? Having led an eventful life abroad ,and finding myself single again after forty years, I now look forward to meeting my new companion, my soulmate.
