I like being outside in nature- in a forest or beach combing. It’s a way of resetting and regulating.
I relax by messing about in my studio - painting or listening to music- all sorts. And reading.
I love dancing wildly whenever possible.... it’s almost always possible....
I love cooking and eating and films and theatre and art galleries.
I prefer hanging out with treasured close friends with whom I can just be however I need to be.
I don’t have time for pretending- what you see is what you get.
