Music, laughter and a healthy lifestyle. I like the outdoors - being on my boat, wild swimming, cycling, hiking, I'm a regular at the David Llloyd health club - I'm also a qualified fitness instructor/personal trainer and swimming coach, although retired from paid employment in this capacity.
Mainly retired from a career in teaching and counselling/psychotherapy, after an earlier very successful career in the performing arts.
Healthy and fit, I enjoy good food and wine (cooking it, and eating it!) and spending time with my family and friends, dividing my time between my homes in Wiltshire and London
