There is no "ideal", but I do think it's important to look after yourself, both in appearance, health and way of life, whilst not being too much into yourself of course. Having quit smoking 20 years ago, I wouldn't like to be around someone who smells of cigarettes. Although casual clothes are great, I do think that anyone over 16 shouldn't wear a football shirt - that's just so sad
