Like a romantic with an appalling memory, the flowers will be beautiful but three days late.
On the other hand, I’m good at making things, fixing things that are broken and, on occasion, breaking things that are fixed.
Other than the odd crime series on catch-up, I don’t watch much television, but I do read the news and am happy to talk about current affairs and whatever new stuff you bring into my life.
I like going to local music gigs and open mic evenings. My taste in music tends towards blues, jazz and Americana, but sometimes I’ll explore Cajun or creole, or perhaps ambient, or classical; that’s the beauty of music, it can take us anywhere, can’t it?
By way of outdoor things, often on a Sunday morning I'm racing a sailing boat off Brighton; if not sailing, then cycling around town, or pedalling through woods and across fields looking for things to photograph. Art galleries are a real weakness and I can spend hours looking at paintings, sculptures and photographs. You don’t have to do all these things, of course, but to share some would be nice.

Who am I looking for? Someone who is slim, sassy and smart, with a dry sense of humour, not arid, has her own life and values and will respect mine.
You will be concerned about climate change, conservation and environmental issues, and will tend to re-use, rather than replace. You might be a painter, or a sculptor, or someone who writes.
