About him
Hi to all lovely ladies, my name is Mike and I'm an Aquarium, so love the water, rivers, lakes and oceans, hence ten years in merchant navy. Nowadays any sailing I get is on the Isle of Wight ferry but even that can be enjoyable. I like holidays ,especially during the winter months somewhere that is warm or hot. A few years ago I was able to spend the month of February in Goa and that made our English winter a lot shorter. I like to get away for long weekends, drive out in the country for Sunday lunch. All of these things are great, but not so great if you don't have a lady to enjoy them with. Over the various lock downs I have found myself watching more and more TV, catch up on my reading, I must have gone through twenty books, internet can be a big time killer as well. Many a time I have gone on line for something specific and four hours later have shut it down. I enjoy the seasons with all the new buds bursting into life in the spring and the beautiful colours of the leaves in the fall. Although I like to keep abreast of what's going on in the world, I would describe me as being left of center, I am not really into politics. If you can drive that would cheer me up, as having driven buses for Stagecoach and petrol tankers for ESSO it's really nice to just be driven sometimes. Well if I don't get the chance to meet you, I hope you can find the person who will make you happy in life.

A lady who is not too tall, is honest, tactile and loving, who likes to hold hands even when just going shopping. Someone who likes to cook but not essential, as I will take a turn as well. Someone who enjoys eating out, going to shows, weekends away, driving out to the countryside to have lunch in that pub with the thatched roof.
