I am a lover of life and all it has to offer. To be perfectly honest if there was another way to find love i would not be advertising my self on a date site. I feel like judgements are made on my face and body and i dont much like that idea.... although understand that there has to be a picture initially. I am clean living none smoker. Enjoy art, sketching, singing in the car to spotify, :) reading, soul music, cinema, theatre, and cheese on toast :)... I have been single for several years, a relationship has been the last thing on my mind as i have been working full time and looking after my parents who are no longer with me. I lost my brother to Covid in April last year and then my lovely mum 2 weeks later. Its been a lonely and sad change to my lifestyle and one that i have now come to terms with. I would like to spend my leisure time sharing similar interests with a man who is energetic, fun to be with and a zest for life, easy going and no longer a work alcoholic!! Im not into going to a gym as i would rather go for a walk and listen to birdsong. I love nature. My weekends are very quiet and while i like my own company I am ready to pursue a serious relationship that grows into something amazing. I am described as full of fun with a thirst for adventure, also a home maker. I have a cocker spaniel and generally go for little jaunts around the coast and country side. At 59 i am knocking on a bit but would say i have a youthfulness thats playful. I am a Yorkshire girl. Earthy and despise snobbery. I have old fashioned values and not won over so easily.....but i have a warm loving and caring nature. If i lived in a mansion it would not make me happy if i never saw my partner.....whats the point of luxury without love.? So if you like a challenge... ??
