About him
Due to my work, I dealt with a huge number of people and therefore never felt alone. But here in the retirement part of life , I find myself alone for the first time . I want to take someones hand ,and her to take my hand and we say together ; "I am with you in the good times and in the bad times ". In order to take care of each other, to travel together, to laugh and take life with optimism and happy enjoyment together.
And I hope that it is possible.
As long as the chemistry is right, I am looking for someone who is kind, interesting to talk to, makes me laugh, and is self assured without being overbearing. It would be great to meet a person who likes books, plays and films; someone who likes to socialise but is also happy in their own company. Shared activities would ideally include longish walks, meals, days out, visits to galleries, and trips away eventually. Deal breakers for me would be smokers and right of centre voters!
