About her
I’m warm and friendly though a little reserved until I get to know someone. Since retiring from a professional position, I’ve taken up some new hobbies and started Modern Jive class which Im loving. I play a couple of sports- occasional badminton, table tennis and outdoor/ indoor bowling - not at all serious- all just for the fun! My friends would say I’m very warm, caring, a great listener, a genuinely good friend to have in their lives, that I don’t take myself seriously and have a cheeky sense of humour with a bubbly personality and love to laugh. I have two adult daughters and three young grandchildren who are important parts of my life.
I love musical theatre, concerts, most types of music from classical to country, enjoy travelling, holidays, days out to interesting places and gardening. Most of all, I value the simple things in life - the countryside, going for a walk enjoying the nature around, strolls down the sea front/ beach and just quiet times in watching a film or documentary with a glass of good wine but I miss that special person to share these things with.
An ideal companion would be a very respectful, caring, refined gentleman who knows how to treat a lady, aged 67 - 72, a smart dresser and someone to share similar interests with, has similar values and someone who I can laugh and relax with and have good conversations.. Preferably be at least 5’ 9 and strictly non smoking. It would be lovely to meet someone to share some special times with now as life is far too short to spend it on your own..
