I love being outside walking along the coast or hills , cycling, spending time in the garden swimming really anything that is in the open and fresh air 😊
I enjoy good conversation and a sense of humour …. Laughter is good for the soul , I think 🤔
I eat a healthy diet and try to look after myself and I also like the person I am with to also enjoy looking after their health and appearance ….. I think as we get older to stay as fit and active as possible are important to our quality of life …..
I am a positive person and enjoy being around people who have a positive ,happy outlook on life .
Family and friends mean a lot to me and for my future partner this would also be important to him
